SVN: Commit view should be automatically updated when more files are changed

      When additional files are changed after opening the SVN commit view, newly changed files are not detected and added to the commit view. Since Qt Creater is aware of edited files and files which are under version control, the information needed to updated the SVN commit view is already available.
