Empty "Generated files" folders

      1. Have a source checkout of Qt Creator v4.2.2.
      2. Open the project file qtcreator.qbs in Creator.
      3. Wait for project parsing to finish.
      4. Show the Projects view.
        There are several empty entries named "Generated files". The first is
        Qt Creator / documentation / API doc offline / Generated files
        (Double-) clicking this doesn't do anything.

      Is there a point in showing these entries? If not, they should not be shown.
