i created a plugin using command line tools of Qt, it was build and installed successfully. Then i opened the designer, when i clicked the custom widget, a warning appears:

Although warned, everything works well until the signal/slot functionality is used:

i cannot connect signals to slots. My custom widget and plugin code is given in the attachment.
