AbstractMsvcToolChain::compilerCommand() returns wrong value for MSVC 2017

    Description

      For a kit that has MSVC 2017 compilers set, the function AbstractMsvcToolChain::compilerCommand() returns either

      • an empty string if no cl.exe is in PATH
      • the first cl.exe that is in the system environment's PATH

      This leads to the creation of wrong qbs profiles for MSVC 2017 kits.
