Symbian build MMPFILE-stage takes long and is run on every build

      Each time a project is built with a symbian SDK (N97 SDK in this case), the MMPFILE -stage will be run. I.e. the console will stay at
      "MMPFILE "\path\to\project\foo.MMP" "
      for a very long while (I timed it to be more than 90 seconds once). This happens even if there are no changes to project.

      I checked, and the same happens also with the Qt SDK Beta, so this is not N97 SDK specific.
