Empty remote Linux deployment entry when using CMake server mode

When using a Kit with a "Generic Linux" device on a CMake project QtCreator sets up an automated list of target outputs for remote deployment ("Files to deploy" on the Run screen).

When the CMake project contains any INTERFACE or OBJECT library targets an empty entry will be added to that list ("Local File Path" is ""; "Remote Directory" is ".").

When performing deployment this leads to an error since there is no "" file.
