Add library button is again not functional

This is a linux copy of the following issue: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-18263

Upon right-clicking on the project and then on "Add Library...", nothing happens. There is also no other way to add a library that is shown in the documentation. There should be a way to add it manually.
