CMake server mode cannot be disabled

      There are reasons to disable server mode:

      1. Bugs that did not exist without server mode
      2. Cluttered / unnavigable Project trees because the script added files generated in the Build folder that were not supposed to be listed with the rest of the source, folders that don't match their source structure,etc.

      This should be easy for the user. Tools->Options->Build & Run->CMake should have an option to disable server mode, just like it does for Autorun CMake.
