Build menu action not updated correctly

    Description

      When you change the current session having the left side panel owing a project tree pane hidden the build menu actions do not update.
      This lead to triggering build or run not working from shortcut and build menu bar menu.
      One have to show the left side panel by the shortcut or clicking the icon in the status bar so the actions update correctly.
