"Force Quit" when trying to close "Application Output" tab quits the application, but does not close the tab

1. Create a new Qt Widgets Application project using defaults.
2. Build and run the project.
3. While the application is running, try closing its "Application Output" tab.
   A message box will inform you that the application is still running.
4. Click "Force Quit".
   The application is being killed, but the tab remains open.
5. Try closing the "Application Output" tab again.
   Now it is being closed.

After you clicked "Force Quit" and the application was killed, the tab should be closed.
