Editing build directory of qbs project still creates lots of empty build directories

    Description

      After loading qt-creator.qbs I added an extra build directory-level: from <path>/qtcreator to <path/qtcreator/qt-creator-qbs. Qt Creator created all directories from <path>/qtcreator/q to <path>/qtcreator/qt-creator-qbs. All directories are empty except the last one.

      Qt Creator version 4.3.1, qbs 1.8.1, official version running on Ubuntu. Kit is gcc 64bit and Qt 5.9.0.
