2160x1440 Design Mode scaling problem

Hello support,

When i open the qt creator the scaling looks good. But after i open a project and then the Design Mode the scaling have problems. The top and the bottom of the designer is cut. The mouse handling is not precise. in the mouse screenshot you can see that my mouse is at the upper area fof the Edit button but when i click then the welcome button is clicked. Also when i want to chosse one of the Buttons QML Types, Resources or Imports, I need to click below the button to choose it. This behavior i get on the whole screen in the desgin mode.

Also when i am switching  from the Design mode to the Edit mode, the menu on the top appears only when i am mouse hover over it. 

I am using Windows 10 and a 3x2 display (Huawei matebook x) with 2160x1440 resolution.
