Pressing Cancel in Rename dialog renames iOS Simulator with empty name

    • macOS 10.11.6

      Select Qt Creator > Preferences > Devices > iOS > Rename > Cancel (without entering a new name for the simulator). Qt Creator displays a message about renaming the  simulator and the simulator appears in the Simulator list without a name.
