Clang: Correct C++17 code recognized as mistake (libclang 3.9 too old)

      Both constexpr–if statements and structured bindings are marked as wrong. C++17's getting well supported (gcc 7.1 here) and IMHO Qt Creator should deal with that stuff properly.
