Description
Steps to reproduce:
- open/create a simple Qt application
- add a new file using the wizard
Current result:
- file is created, pro file is modified, but codemodel says this file is not part of any project (and the navigation tree is not updated at all)
Note: Switching Target selector (Release -> Debug or similar) makes the tree update & the warning disappear (file gets added to the codemodel)
Note2: Modifications from outside aren't noticed by QC for some files..
