Add quick fix to change header guard to #pragma once and vice versa

    Description

      When refactoring, it sometimes gets necessary to change an include guard to #pragma once.

      But also the opposite can be necessary, e.g. to support older (embedded) compilers.

      It would be nice to have a quick fix for these refactoring operations.
