If the test runner cannot start the executable for whatever reason (or if it's the wrong one, or if arguments are used incorrectly) the user won't notice this ad hoc (especially not if using 'Run All' or 'Run Selected' with more than 1 selected test..)

Add respective hint / add a fatal for such cases..
