Project tree not refreshed when project updated

The project tree sidebar is never updated when the project files changes (renaming, deleting or adding files). It happens with .qrc and source files.

The project has to be reloaded to get the up-to-date tree (either by removing and re-adding the project, or restarting QtCreator or changing session).
