very slow response and high cpu usage when holding the Ctrl key and clicking a symbol.

I experienced very slow response and observed high cpu usage when holding the Ctrl key and clicking vctDynamicVector. Perhaps it is related to QTCREATORBUG-18649

steps to reproduce the issue

1. download https://bugreports.qt.io/secure/attachment/65280/memory-leak.tar.gz
2. open memory-leak.qbs by Qt Creator
3. open main.cpp
4. insert a new line "vctDynamicVector<double> vector;" without double quotation marks at line #8 of main.cpp
5. open vctDynamicVector.h by holding CTRL key and click vctDynamicVector inserted at step 4
