Broken shortcut keys at File Changed popup

Steps:

    1. Open a file within a project.
    2. Touch the file from an outside shell.
    Notice: "File Changed" alert appears.

Expected:
A-key works to select Yes to All.

Actual:

A-key does nothing.

Bisect tip:

I see this when building today's master locally on Fedora 26 and 27 against the official Qt 5.9.0-package.

I don't see this on today's beta or when I compile QtCreator against my own build of Qt 5.10 RC2.
