      Visual Studio 2017 Community with C++ support

      VIsual Studio C++ Build Tools 2015

    Description

      Qt Creator cannot use any MSVC compiler, I tried 2017 and 2015, the IDe detects the two versions but cannot be configured and show this message:

      :-1: error: Failed to retrieve MSVC Environment from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvarsall.bat amd64":
      The command "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe" could not be started.

      I can only use MINGW but for some features I need use MSVC.
