Open document list should survice crashes

The number of QtCreator crashes that I experience have increased lately.
If QtCreator would start in the same state as it was when it crashed, crashes would be much less annoying. Storing the list of open documents regularly should be a cheap operation that would significantly reduce the time required to continue working from the point where QtCreator crashed.
