On iOS projects, qmake is called everytime a build or run is requested

      On Qt 5.9.2, with the latest Qt Creator, using iOS kit, every time I request a build or run of the project, qmake is called over the project file. Right now, this process is taking an incredible amount of time on my computer (~15 seconds) leading to poor productivity.
