Add variable / expression (address + type) to watch list that can be evaluated regardless of current active frame

Add a new menu item under "Add expression evaluator for 'data' " which would be called something like "Add persistent object evaluator for 'data' ".

It would function like casting an address to a specific type e.g. "(std::string*)0x100004859".

A user will be able to navigate to a different stack frame, yet still see the contents of variables he is interested in from other stack frames.
