Build Qt Creator master (4.6) snapshots/packages with updated LLVM/Clang 5.0

    Description

      By now we have LLVM/Clang 5.0 packages generated (so far without a mingw optimized libclang.dll) and also require that version in Qt Creator master.

      However, no Qt Creator builds/snapshots exist yet for master we can test with.
