It is possible to find out which project(s) a file belongs to, so at least building a corresponding project could be offered.
Similarly for folders (offering all projects that some files in the folder belong to).
With more effort, and possibly requiring some kind of support from the project managers, it might be possible to offer building only part of a project that this file / folder belongs to as well.
