Debugger ignores "run in terminal"

    Description

      Create a Qt Console Application from the wizard, build and run it. Observe that an extra terminal is created for the application. Note that the respective flag gets set in the build&run settings automatically.

      Debug the same application and notice that no terminal is created, even though the flag hasn't changed.
