Correct Simulator device is not started if other device is running

• Run some application on some device
• Kill the application, without closing the Simulator
• Choose a different Simulator device in run options
• Try to run the application again

Expected: Other Simulator device boots up and shows application
Actual: Qt Creator waits a while (until time out?) without the Simulator coming up with the different device, then fails to deploy the application on that still-not-running device.
