Losing visual context when navigating files in new file system pane

Since 4.5 (i think) creator switched the file system pane from a list view, to a tree view.
The issue is as follows:
When you use the file system pane -> Computer (select option) and navigate to a file that belongs to an already open project, the file system pane switches to the respective project (select option), and the position of files changes in the tree view, making further navigation a bit confusing.

Example, open qtbase.pro file, configure the project, switch to Computer (option select), select config_help.pri file (first screen shot), now double click it, and notice that you got switched to the project (option select), and visually files are positioned differently (second screenshot).
