Qt Creator 4.5.0-rc1

I got some Qt project. Then I opened it in QtCreator, played with it for a while and decided to make git repository from it. To do that I've opened project folder in terminal and invoked (for exaple)
$ git init
$ git add *
$ git commit -a -m 'Initial'
Still the menu items in IDE's `Tools\Git\` are disabled (except for Create Repository... and few others). So I tried to reopen the project. Tried to delete .pro.user files and reimport the project. It doesn't help. No menu items activated. No "[master]" suffix on project name in source treeview.
IDE got the changes only after I relaunched it.
