Be able to filter out any entries that are "optimized out" in the Locals & Expressions

Be able to filter out any entries that are "optimized out" in the Locals & Expressions. The reason being is that if there is a lot of temporary variables (potentially with the same name) then it can be confusing and misleading trying to keep track of which variable is in use.

By filtering them out then it would only show the variables in use at that point and it will make it easier to follow.
