CLONE - Unable to pass build related CMake parameters

      With 3.6 one has been able to provide CMake parameters by typing them into the corresponding LineEdit. That LineEdit is missing now.

      One can specify Kit-related CMake parameters but since we do multiple builds based on a variant specification (i.e. the CMake parameter) I need a way to specify the Build-related CMake parameters.

      This is a clone of issue: QTCREATORBUG-16340. See comments below.
