[REG] Cannot attach QML profiler to waiting application started manually

    Description

      When starting application from command line with parameters -qmljsdebugger=port:3768,block and then trying to connect QML profiler (Analyze -> QML Profiler (Attach to waiting application)) to it connection fails. With QtCreator 4.4.1 it does work so this is regression.
