Compilation fails with NDK 16b on Windows host

    Description

      Trying to build any application for the Android v7 target

      (e.g. from androidextras\notification) fails with following error:

      C:\Android\android-ndk-r16b\sources\cxx-stl\gnu-libstdc++\4.9\include/cstdlib:72:20: fatal error: stdlib.h: No such file or directory

      But all Kits configuration is file, please, see an screenshoots. Switch from x86 Windows NDK to x86_64 Windows NDK does not help.
