Add a "file properties" dialog to Projects and Files System panel

      It sometimes happens to me, that I have uncommitted changes in files (mostly projects I use seldom) and I wonder when this change was done.

      In this situation it would be nice show the last modification date of this file quickly. Currently I have to open a Terminal or Explorer window.

      The dialog could contain:

      • file path
      • file creation date & time
      • file modification date & time
      • file size
      • access rights (UNIX)
