[Reg 4.4->4.5] duplicating of run configuration not possible in cmake

    Description

      When duplicating a run configuration, a warning is displayed:

      "The project no longer builds the target associated with this run configuration"

      The textboxes for "executable", "command line arguments" and "working directory" are disabled and the entry for "executable" is set to "<unknown>".

      This only seems to occur on cmake based projects.
