Automatic collapse for non-defined preprocessor defines

    Description

      The ability to collapse preprocessor blocks like #ifdef...#endif or #if defined (foo)...#endif would be helpful. For instance in case of a lot of debugging support in the source. It's so much easier to edit and work with the code when you can make all the noise go away.
