Process stub not running when using MSVC compiler

    Description

      After upgrading Qt components (Qt libraries, Qt Creator) to the latest version I've noticed that, when running a project built with MSVC compiler (tested with 2013 and 2015), the process stub won't run; the executable itself is instead run. So no "Press <RETURN> to close this window..." will be displayed when the program terminates.
      Everything is fine when compiling with MinGW.

      Happened after upgrade to Qt Creator 4.5 with Qt libriaries 5.7.1 and the latest 5.10. Happened on more than one system.
