Qt 5.10.1
Qt Creator 4.5.0
Based on Qt 5.10.0 (MSVC 2015, 32 bit)
Built on Dec 4 2017 04:12:22

While trying to launch some complex example - the mouse cursor remains in busy state.
If I hover the mouse over help window (that remains visible while loading example) the cursor correctly changes to arrow state, and back to busy when I hover it over example project.
Even though it is busy I can click run and the project can be parsed, built and run.
Reproduction steps:
1) Launch Qt Creator 4.5.0.
2) Go to Examples window
3) Click on some complex example (e.g.Qt Quick 2 Oscilloscope Example)
4) The mouse cursor changes to busy (circle) , whereas if it hovers over the help window - it changes to arrow stated (expected)  - and when leaving  back to example Configure Project window - busy again.
It might be duplicate of apparently fixed for 5.10.1 bug: QTBUG-65001
