Open commandline for build or run config

Sometimes, it would be very helpful if one could open up a commandline that is configured exactly as everything would be when building or when running. This can be used to more quickly figure out problems like why an application build in Creator crashes immediately on start (some lib not found, but which one?) or why a CMake config fails. 

So, for any configuration, I'd like to be able to open up a commandline with the environment and everything else configured as it would be when the actual command would be run. I should be able to compile or run from there just as Creator could (if everything works, of course).
