Ctrl + click on vertical scroll bar of editor to jump to location

Given that QTCREATORBUG-7644 feature is implemented and it's awesome I suggest adding a way to quickly jump to any position on a vertical scroll bar.

I suggest Ctrl in combination with mouse click, since Ctrl is used to jump to other destinations in various other contexts.

Currently click on a vertical scroll bar (regardless of Ctrl) just moves scroll position a step closed to the click point. So if the current view is far away from the desired position you have to either do a multiple clicks or move the scroll bar manually, which is not very productive.
