"Build -> Run CMake" does not execute properly anymore

      Since Qt Creator 4.5.0, the command "Build -> Run CMake" does not execute "cmake" anymore after I have been adding new files to the project. I can see various update messages that the project is being reparsed in the lower right corner but "cmake" is not invoked. Also the output in the "General messages" pane does not show any cmake output.
