Embedded botan version can be upgraded

    Description

      The version embedded in creator's code is 1.10.2. In Debian we use the system's 1.10.17 thanks to this patch without issues. So it would be possible to update botan's embedded source code in creator.

       

      It would also be really great to consider jumping to botan2, as botan 1.10's support will be discontinued in December 1028.
