Don't auto scroll in File System View

    Description

      I want to select file in FIle System View. But when clicking on file in File System view QtCreator performs some crazy automatic scrolling:
      1) Sometimes it scrolls to position where selected file would not be visible.
      2) Even if it scrolls to position where selected file is visible, auto-scroll is still extremely distracting.

      Instead, clicking on file in File System View should just select file, without any scrolling. This is what every other editor/IDE do.
