[Mac] When re-starting creator, views are sized as if docked

When debugging I always run with the Locals and Expressions view and the Stack view to undocked, on my second monitor with a nice layout. When I start up Creator fresh and start debugging, Creator remembers that those views are undocked, and it remembers the position. But the size of the view windows is as if they were docked. AND since this is on Macintosh, and the windows have no frames, there is one pixel where the edge of the window can be grabbed for resizing, making it very difficult to correct the situation.
