"Auto-indent Selection" adds whitespace on empty lines

When using "Auto-indent Selection" on code that contain empty lines, whitespace is added on empty lines.

For instance, using '.' to show spaces:

void f() {

....int a = 0;

....return;

}

Becomes:

void f() {
....
....int a = 0;
....
....return;
....
}
