Add parsers for different target platforms

We could have a dtrace-based parser as equivalent to perfparser that would work on whatever dtrace outputs on macOS (and possibly other Apple OSs). There are probably similar things to dtrace and perf on e.g. windows or qnx which we could also write parsers for. This way we could use the perfprofiler plugin to profile applications on more platforms.
