"Unknown" ABI parts of tool chains are overwritten at restart

    Description

      When either selecting "unknown" (e.g. for the OS flavor) in the UI for a custom tool chain, or setting an ABI containing "unknown" for a tool chain from sdktool, this value gets ignored, and the ABI re-detected, at startup.
