Buttons to enable/disable build jobs disappear on hover.

      When I hover the mouse on top of the build steps icons they disappear, and I cannot click on them (it is not only visual). Sometimes if I am fast enough I can click on one but most of the time it is not possible.

      Added a gif so you can see it more clearly.

      I can confirm this didn't happen in 4.5.0. I noticed this just when I updated.
