Editor: Clicking a context-sensitive button that happens to overlap a state label results in selecting the label

      To reproduce, create a state chart like this:

      Now, select State_4:

      Notice that the middle three buttons overlap the "State_3" label text. If you click one of them, the label text is selected, and the button is not "clicked":
